What to Expect

Your first appointment typically lasts about 60–90 minutes and includes:

1. Warm Welcome & Check-In
   Our friendly team will greet you, help with any remaining forms, and answer any initial questions you may have.
2. Comprehensive Dental Exam
   During your first visit, your dentist will perform a comprehensive evaluation of your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw. We’ll take X-rays to get a complete view of your oral health and perform an oral cancer screening to ensure early detection. Our thorough exams help us create a personalized treatment plan so you can enjoy a healthy, confident smile
3. Personalized Consultation
   Following your exam with our East Wichita Dentist team, we’ll discuss your results and goals and develop a personalized plan to ensure your smile stays healthy and bright.
4. Professional Cleaning (if scheduled)
   During many new patient visits, our hygienist provides a professional cleaning to remove plaque, polish teeth, and leave your smile feeling fresh and healthy.

What to Bring

To help make your first visit smooth, please bring:

• A valid photo ID
• Dental insurance card (if applicable)
• List of current medications
• Any recent dental X-rays or records (optional but helpful)

You can also complete your new patient forms online before your appointment to save time at check-in.
